Most items ship within 48 hours.

For safety and hygeine, returns are usually only accepted on unopened items.  Clearance items are non-returnable.

A Single unit under certain circumstances may be returned for a store credit as part of our satisfaction guarantee.  All other complaints should be taken up directly with the manufacturer.

Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.  If a package is returned to us for any reason such as an incomplete address, or any other reason, the actual postage charge will be deducted from your refund.

Please contact orders@rearz.ca for a return authorization number first, returns unaccompanied by a RA will not be accepted.

We ship worldwide, but we accept NO responsibility for checking local regulations regarding the supplements that you order. 

If you are shipping outside of Canada , based on the country into which you are sending the products, you may incur customs charges levied at the time your package reaches the destination country. You are responsible for these charges. The recipient will also be responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance. Please check with your local authorities before placing your order to determine what duties/taxes (if any) may be imposed if you are shipping outside of Canada.
The laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. The responsibility is yours to check with your country's Customs office to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order) to your country.
We will ship the products that you order to the address that you provide. If for whatever reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will NOT issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. Most orders make it through customs fine, however, most orders that do occasionally get stopped are returned to us. Also, if the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are still responsible for any shipping charges and taxes .
Again any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility.

Don't worry though, we rarely have problems with U.S. shipments and almost all products are legal in almost all countries.

If your package is seized by customs we accept no liability.  In the event that non-food products are returned to us from customs unopened we will refund your money minus shipping charges.
